THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY FOOD IS GOOD BUT I HAVE NOTICED THE MANAGMENT DONT TREAT THE STAFF SO GOOD I HAVE SEEN MANAGMENT GO OUT FOR SMOKES LOTS AND BE NO WERE IN SITE TO HELP IF FRONT STAFF OR DRIVE TRU NEEDED THE HELP I HAVE SEEN STAFF GETTING YELLED AT AND IF THEY CRY CAUSE OVERWHELMED THEY GET TOLD STOP CRYING. PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS I DONT THINK THAT THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING OR CARES. WHAT I THINK IS THAT THERE SHOULD BE SECERT SHOPPERS SENT IN TO RATE THE SERVICE ETC AND SURPRISE VISITS SO THE HEAD MANAGMENT CAN SEE WHAT GOES ON OR EVEN SELECTING STAFF AND TALKING WITH THEM ON HOW THEY RATE THERE PLACE OF WORK AND HOW THEY ARE TREATED ..More Reviews
