Everything on the menu is delicious. The pork and noodle dishes are excellent, the curry is outstanding (but NOT for the faint of heart!) and the hot and sour soup is by far the best I've ever tasted. Plus I can't emphasize this enough MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CRISPY SPRING ROLLS TO START!!!! Sheer heaven! And as if that wasn't enough, it's all good for you. If I could afford it, I'd eat at the Saigonese every day. In fact, I'm going there for dinner right now!

I'd never had Saigonese before, was introduced by a Lethbridge local. It is fabulous! I wish we had a place like this where I live in Australia.
